I keep coming back because it's perfect for me. The staff is helpful and on my first stay, they treated my insect bite. It has Wi-Fi, car park, bar, restaurant, welcome drink. I'm excited to return for Christmas.

Conveniently located off the main road, amazing restaurant within walking distance, small spa section included. Lovely location in attractive village near the lake, with bike room and charging station. Good bathroom, comfortable beds, varied breakfast. Excellent dinner and friendly service. Fast internet. Nice and helpful staff. Close to amazing mountain area for hiking. New staff members doing great. EU adapter, free parking. Small wellness center for relaxation.

This place was right in the middle of everything, close to lakes and mountains, which was awesome. The room had a cool modern style and a nice view. The bed was comfy too! 🌟

During my stay at this place, I was truly impressed by the luxurious and comfortable accommodations provided. The location of this venue in a beautiful area was simply breathtaking. I had the pleasure of waking up to an amazing view of the town and a glimpse of the lake from my room on the 3rd floor. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to both the bahn station and ferry station made it incredibly convenient for exploring the surrounding areas of Lucerne and Interlaken. The staff here were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to park for extended periods after checking out. I also appreciated the convenience of the self-check-in process and the spaciousness and cleanliness of my room.

We found the hotel staff very friendly and extremely helpful. The food was excellent in the restaurant and room was very comfortable. Very nice hotel.

The service, both at reception and in the restaurant was excellent - friendly, helpful and professional. The room was clean and airy. We enjoyed the food in the restaurant - we went to their Paella evening, although prices were high.

We would have liked better views - although we had a deluxe room we still overlooked the cemetry and roof-tops before we had a glimpse of the mountains. We should also mention the church bells which rang loudly next door and did interrupt sleep! The town was a bit dead with very little to do and seemed a little 'down market' compared with Luzern.

My stay at Farbhaus By Kreuz was a pleasant one. The self check-in process made it convenient for me to arrive late without any hassle. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I also appreciated the availability of a room for bicycles, as it allowed me to explore the area conveniently. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal and the breakfast provided was satisfactory. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Everything was comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. We ate two dinners in the restaurant and they were excellent.

The view from our room was mind-blowing, we could see the lake from the 3rd floor! The breakfast was super delicious! The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the peaceful lake area. The nearby bahn and ferry stations made it convenient for exploring Lucerne and Interlaken. The staff was awesome, letting us park for extra time even after check-out.

The room where I stayed was very spacious, the bathroom had a nice tub. In the room, there was a good speed and free cable internet access, spacious beds and great view of the lake of Sarnen and mountains. The Hotel is on the way to Allggy (Swiss Central Point) and very close to Flüeli/Ranft, besides it's near Sarnen, Luzern and Interlaken. As it was summer in Switzerland and the weather was very hot, just missed an air conditioner, but it didn't affect the stay, since the large windows met demand. In the restaurant, the menu would be nice if there were more typical Swiss dishes.

No complaints here! This spot is our top pick in town, with super friendly staff that are top-notch. The breakfast meals are excellent - yum! 🌟
